There was an easy exercise plan, tailored just for you? You go at your own pace, in your own home. If you travel, you can easily do it while you travel.
You would get instructions from a trainer to help to exercise the right way, without injuring yourself. Also get help with eating better.
You can started with easy to use resistance bands. No weights required.
If this interests you, how would this work?
We want to help with a home-based workout and nutritional program. We want to monitor your body chemistry at the same time. Easy & simple steps, a day at a time. We have videos for you to watch. We will use zoom for our check ins and give training. Plus we have an application to install on your phone to help us track your results.
Our membership plan is $150 a month. But you can save if you choose to prepay 6 months in advance or 12 months in advance.

1. What are your physical limitations?
2. What is your current fitness level? It’s OK if you are a beginner. We LOVE helping beginners to get started the safe & easy way.
3. Meal and nutrition evaluation. We will request that you track your food and supplements for a week. This helps us determine what you normally eat on a daily basis.
4. Your basic body measurements and weight. We will ask for a selfie, so we have a BEFORE photo for your file. We can’t wait to see your transformation. How about you?
